The famous BoardXHouse
A house fully designed to the needs of surfers
When coming home after a session, you can take a shower and rinse & dry your suit before entering the building. At basement level racks are available to store your surfboards in a safe way.
Your apartments overlooks the infamous "Point de Imsouane". This long righthander often peels over 700 meters. All residents of the BoardXHouse can access the terrace on the roof and the pool. From the terrace you can enjoy the view over the second bay with a beachbreak and the righthand pointbreak called "La Cathédrale".
Three identical apartments
Each apartment has three bedrooms (two doubles and one room with a double bed and two bunkbeds). This adds up to a total amount of eight beds per apartment. This is the max. capacity for each apartment.
Also, each apartment has a bathroom, shower, seperate toilet and fully equiped kitchen. The kitchen and living room are an open space overlooking the balcony and the famous bay of Imsouane and offer a fireplace for cosy nights.

You can see both bays and the different surf spots. It's the perfect place to check if the surf is up!
The Bay of Imsouane
The first section of The Bay starts in the harbor. It usually only breaks at low tide. You can enter the water from the harbor. Stay as close as possible to the harbor wall, the first 20 meters, the current is very strong! When the waves are bigger some people jump off the reef behind the harbor wall to avoid the current. When the beach is gone with the rising tide and/or big waves you can take the path on the rocks which you don't really see from the water. It's really easy, but some people might better wear reefbooties on those days, except is you're used to walking barefoot.
If the first section is too big, still paddle out from the harbor, but go straight past the peak and paddle down the wave. People fall of all the time and a lot of waves will continue unridden.
At mid to high tide you have an end section of the wave right in front of the house. It's really suitable for below average surfers. Only at the highest tide the beach might be gone so watch out! You can paddle or again take the path on the rocks. We advise you to surf it from mid to low. It makes it a lot easier to walk back! On hot windy days this is a really good option.

The BoardXHouse surfcamps let you experience all the benefits of a Surf Maroc lifestyle.
You'll be awakened every day by the sound of the waves rolling down the bay and by the smell of a fresh Morrocan breakfast waiting for you.
Then you can just stroll down the street to the surfschool where a licensed surfcoach will be waiting for you to either surf in Imsouane or take you to a spot in another town.
In your spare time you can always use the surfschool's equipment (surfboard, boogieboard, SUP) to test your skills in the water or just to relax with your friends and at the end of the day you can take a dive in our pool while a local restaurant prepares your typical Morrocan dinner.
